Soul Medicine for Heart Centred Living

Heart Centred Living is about manifesting the life you desire by living life from your heart space which is the part of us that is connected to Source. We all have an open channel to Source (if we tune in) to consciously communicate what we wish to manifest in our lives by matching our energetic vibration to the vibration of what we desire. One of the main challenges for us (and likely many others) in manifesting what we wish to experience, is that it’s so easy for the daily *must do’s*  and *distractions* of life to dominate our minds and emotions and leave us in our head space rather than our heart space. Because of this, we wanted to create a soul medicine tool to use daily, which would help bring us back to our heart space because we believe changing the world outside of ourselves begins with changing the world inside of ourselves. The Soul Medicine for Heart Centred Living Affirmation: We created a simple, yet powerful, affirmation around which we could build a simple daily ritual to help us start each day from a …

The Winged Horses

Many of us are inexplicably drawn to horses, perhaps it’s their gentle empathetic nature or the reassuring sturdiness of their powerful physical form (we don’t talk in terms of horsepower for nothing). We feel it’s this uniting power of gentle energy and strength that allows the horse, as a symbol and spirit animal, to bring together and help balance yin and yang (feminine and masculine) energies, which is sorely needed in our current society. Since moving to the country a year ago, we’ve had the opportunity to get to know some beautiful horses. At the start we had 3 horses grazing our property and it was such a treat to wake up in the morning and see them drinking from our dam and coming up to our gate to say hello. At the start we were intimidated by these majestic animals and we didn’t know how to interact with them (having not really grown up around them). LJ: Something shifted for me when the horse in our neighbours paddock befriended me. I had never noticed her before until now and she …

The Sacred Nature of the Process

One of the things we feel very passionately about is the energy and intention that goes into our offerings. This means that, to us, the process really matters and is just as, if not more, important than the finished product. For example, this is our recipe for the Pathfinder Wolves: Wolf energy (spirit animal energy) + Gemstone energy (crystal energy) + Silver metal energy (peace, love and protection) + Reiki (love) + Handmade energy (intention, care, love) + Channeled soul message (source energy). This is also why we only create tools that we need and use ourselves so that all our offerings remain in integrity.   Our Process Step 1 – Daily Spiritual Practice: We both embrace a daily spiritual practice which supports us in connecting in to ourselves, mother earth and source energy as without this we would fall out of balance with ourselves and be unable to continue the work we do. Step 2 – Intuition & Trust: We’re all about trusting our intuition. We receive signs, little tap taps from our guides, messages via our dreams all the …

Interview: Sharing our Story

We were extremely honoured when we were contacted by the lovely Tia Provost whose Pathfinder Wolf is “Yuu” the wolf of Courage. Tia had been getting lots of questions about Yuu whenever she wore him, so she very kindly gave us the opportunity to share our process and story in an interview over on her website, including our recipe for the Pathfinder Wolves: Here is Tia with “Yuu” along with her sweet canine companion. Yuu’s message is all about empowerment and embracing the road less traveled so very fitting for this lovely lady: “Yuu” – 勇 – Courage “I am the wolf of Courage, a reflection of your brave spirit. I am a symbolic reminder that you are capable of anything and everything and I support you to take the road less traveled. In journeying the un-mapped by ways and uncharted territories of life, you will discover the truth of your own luminous, courageous soul.” Click HERE to read the full interview.
