Heart Centred Living is about manifesting the life you desire by living life from your heart space which is the part of us that is connected to Source. We all have an open channel to Source (if we tune in) to consciously communicate what we wish to manifest in our lives by matching our energetic vibration to the vibration of what we desire.
Many of us are inexplicably drawn to horses, perhaps it’s their gentle empathetic nature or the reassuring sturdiness of their powerful physical form (we don’t talk in terms of horsepower for nothing). We feel it’s this uniting power of gentle energy and strength that allows the horse, as a symbol and spirit animal, to bring together and help balance yin and yang (feminine and masculine) energies, which is sorely needed in our current society.
Firstly, I’m very excited to let you all know that I have completed my reiki mastership and have been presented with my master/teacher certificate (even though I still can’t quite believe it myself). I feel so grateful and honoured to be walking this path and to have the full support of LJ, my husband and the rest of my family.
*Honour thyself* is probably the practice that the majority of us struggle with or have struggled with the most (certainly both of us!), because we often perceive putting ourselves first as being synonymous with a sort of selfishness and loving/ worshiping ourselves has even cringier connotations of egocentricity and/or arrogance. I’m sure we’ve all heard someone say something like, “Oh, I don’t like so and so because they loves themselves” about a celebrity or someone they know.
I’ve felt drawn to crystals, ever since I started working with them ten years ago designing and making jewellery. Back then, I knew nothing of their individual healing properties but found myself drawn to work with specific gemstones like crystal quartz and amethyst time and time again. I didn’t realise it, but I was instinctively drawn to the crystals that would best support me with the issues I was struggling with at the time.
