Shipping and Returns


All our products are carefully packaged with love and care. If an item is a gift, please let us know and we can include a gift tag and message.

Domestic Orders: 

Australia Post Parcel Post OR Express Post - includes tracking and a signature on delivery. Insurance is NOT included, if you would like to add insurance please contact us.

International Orders: 

Australia Post Standard Post - includes tracking but NOT signature on delivery and/or insurance; If you would like these extras on your parcel please contact us.

    NB: Shipping prices may vary.

    Customs Taxes: You are responsible for any customs duties or taxes payable on importing your purchase. We cannot be held responsible for these costs.




    If your item is damaged please email us: to let us know within 7 days of receipt of your purchase and we will do all we can to rectify the issue.

    Please note that for our customised items, where the necklace chain length is made to order, we do not accept returns for any other reason other than damage or faulty product. 

    Please note that in the event of a refund, we can only refund the cost of the item itself but not shipping costs unless the item is being returned due to damage.
